Recent developments in artificial intelligence capabilities are signaling a sea change in computing, reasoning and
modeling. Topics that we have been hearing with increasing frequency include such areas as:
- Reasoning.
- Recursive Self Improvement.

- Emergent Behavior.

- Quantum Computing.
- Agents.
- Swarms.
We have seen very public announcements by highly reputable and knowledgeable individuals that the pace of capability
improvement going forward is headed in an asymptotic direction. The fallout of this increase of pace and tempo have
resulted in the discussion of AGI being a goal that is in very close proximity.
The recent pronouncement by Oracle CEO, Larry Ellison proved to be groundbreaking and almost shocking. In his recent
announcement on January 22nd at the White House, Ellison explicitly suggested that the means to detect cancers at a very
early stage is either very eminent right now or very shortly will be.
He went on to suggest that by virtue of being able detect cancer cell fragments in the blood at an early stage will mean that
the prospect of an individualized mRNA vaccine will be within reach.
Further he claimed that will be possible to sequence these malignant cells and within 48 hours be able to synthesize a
vaccine type product that will be tailored specifically to the individual.
